Refund Policy

Please review this policy before you purchase. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to it.

Digital products are final sale

Peach Lens Studio and all other digital products are delivered instantly. Once your purchase is complete, you receive immediate, lifetime access to the full product and every future update. Because digital content can't be returned, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you have questions about whether a product is the right fit, please email us before you buy. We're happy to help you decide.

Paid sessions

Payments for strategy and consulting sessions are non-refundable. Your time is reserved on the calendar once payment is received. If something comes up, you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited.

Access issues and billing errors

If you can't access something you purchased, or you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email us and we'll make it right promptly. Billing errors are always corrected.

Pay-later purchases

If you paid with a pay-later option such as Klarna or Afterpay, your installment agreement is with that provider. This policy still applies, and any billing correction we make is processed back through that provider.
