Terms of Sale

These terms cover purchases from Georgia Peach Living Group LLC ("we," "us") on this website, including digital products like Peach Lens Studio and paid consulting or strategy sessions. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

Peach Lens Studio license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Peach Lens Studio for your own business, including to create prompts and images for listings and clients. You may not share your sign-in, resell or redistribute the Studio or its Design Index, or package its prompts as your own product. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we offer the Studio, including every update we publish.

What the Studio does and doesn't do

The Studio writes prompts. It doesn't generate images itself; you use your own image tool, and you're responsible for that tool's costs and terms. Results from AI image tools vary, and we don't guarantee any specific result.

Your responsibility for listing images

You're responsible for how you use edited, staged or rendered images. Follow your MLS rules, your brokerage's policies, state real estate advertising rules and fair housing law. Label staged and rendered images, post originals where required, and never use an image to hide a property's real condition.

Paid sessions

Paid strategy and consulting sessions are scheduled after payment. You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions are education and strategy only and are not legal, tax, lending or financial advice.

All sales final

Digital products and paid sessions are non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy. Billing errors are always corrected.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you choose a pay-later option, that agreement is between you and the provider.

Real estate services

Real estate brokerage services are provided by Tantanea Pernell, REALTOR, licensed with AptAmigo Inc, 650-740-9437. Buying this product or session doesn't create an agency relationship.
